Oklahoma City: Fairly shitty little AirBnB in a nice transitioning neighborhood, NW 16th st. Next morning we drove through downtown. Most striking: it is SPOTLESS. Very clean. Stopped at the memorial that was the Alfred P Murrah Federal Building, where Timothy McVeigh detonated a bomb, killing 168 people, to protest the government's handling of Ruby Ridge & Waco.. Very well done memorial, somber.

Little Rock: stayed in a really nicely appointed AirBnB in the Pettaway district. Lively few blocks on Main St, had Ice Cream.

Next AM we stopped at Central High School, site of the first U.S. school integration, and the Clinton Library. Snapshots of history..
