The drive back to Sidney from the west coast.

Up and out early to get back in time to interview potential companions for the crossing to Point Roberts (safer not to go alone; advertised in Craigslist, got surprisingly many replies, none of which panned out so I ended up going alone), fill Nai'a with fuel and get the rental car back before 5. Inhale.

Uneventful except for the 45 stop to wait for the road to open after a night's construction, during which I spoke with a highway worker and a logger (one of the reasons I do this - talk to people who're not in tech or real estate 😉). Coulda been worse, made it in plenty of time..
