Took a long S-Bahn ride out to Spandau, an old village on the outskirts of Berlin. It has a Citadel, built originally in the 12th century(I may be off by a century) and updated in the 17th century, by Kaiser Wilhelm, to guard Berlin:
There’s also a town, kind of interesting but maybe not worth the long ride from Berlin:
