Sunday June 1:


Macchiato & croissant at Saraghina just around the corner on Halsey at Lewis. Then, the A train into NoLiTa Manhattan, met Adrienne for lunch at Russ & Daughters. Elizabeth St park, the Plant Shed, Prince Street Pizza, the Little Cupcake Bake Shop, all in a 2-block radius.



Oh and we both bought shoes @ Shopley’s.



Monday June 2:


Citi bikes (the Lyft app) in Prospect park:



((in case ya can’t read it, the Camperdown Elm was propagated in 1830)


Discovered BIG news: we can ride MTA for 1/2 price. Register at the Atlantic Terminal subway stop & voila. Put us in the neighborhood of 5ive Spice, nice Vietnamese dinner:

Tuesday June 3:


Donna Wotton joined us for a few days! Shakespeare musical in Bryant Park:

Wednesday June 4:


Symphony at the great lawn in Central Park; zabars for picnic fixin’s on the way:





Thursday June 5:


Brooklyn Heights Promenade to send Donna off; then back to Brooklyn Heights, looking for socks & found a sun hat & dress; then around Dumbo & Vinegar Hill (not nice - don’t go) & into Fort Greene:




Friday June 6:


Back to Fort Greene to see it in the day; pizza at Not Ray’s (which has a picture of Ray Walton); and then, drumroll please, Junior’s for a slice. Dinner @ home, then caught the 9:00 show at LunÀtico:
