Today: the strip district, the Andy Warhol museum
So. The strip district extends along an abandoned railroad track, close to the Allegheny river, between downtown (where the rivers converge) and Lawrenceville.
But first, a stop for coffee at In Ef Fa Bl.

OK. From the strip district:

The Warhol museum is in the north side district, across the Allegheny. Over the bridge..

It was still early, and cool, so I rode along the river (nice, paved bike trail) to an old prison someone had told me about:

…and the Carnegie Science Center, also on the north side, had a ‘history of the guitar’ exhibit, so I stopped in.

The Warhol:

Back across the river,

To the banh mi stand in the strip

And to the library for my afternoon read in the AC (todays view is from the doorway looking out)..

By the way, here’s my kitchen, strewn with plastic forks, the result of bumping the fridge when there’s an open box of them sitting on a bag of paper towels.

That is all.
